PAYMENT METHODS

There are several methods of secure payment for online purchases on our portal: Through the PagOnline system of UniCredit, with a Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Maestro credit card. PagOnline is a secure payment system, which uses standard SSL encryption with a 128-bit symmetric key. Upon confirmation of the online transaction, you will be directed to the secure payment UniCredit page, where your bank will authorize the credit for the amount related to the purchase made. Your purchase will start upon receipt of payment, subject to availability in stock. With secure PayPal payment , without commissions. Upon confirmation of the transaction, you will be redirected to the PayPal site for the secure payment of the amount, which will be immediately charged to the card associated with your account. For security reasons, we only accept payments from verified PayPal accounts. Your purchase will start upon receipt of payment, subject to availability in stock. Through bank transfer : the bank details of DESADD , necessary to make the bank transfer, will be sent to you at the time of purchase. Send the payment from your reference bank and send us the Operation Reference Code ( CRO ), which uniquely identifies the bank transaction. Your purchase will start upon receipt of payment.

REFUNDS

We know that these are important purchases and your satisfaction is essential.

With the exception of items with local collection and local delivery, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from order delivery.

In particular, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you will need to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a explicit declaration no later than the above terms :

You must specify the Product (s) you intend to return, the reasons for it, order date, name and surname, delivery / billing address and the name of the Supplier.

You will be reimbursed for the full amount, but we will deduct the outward shipping costs and the return from the purchaser’s original purchase price (+ tax). Buyers can not be reimbursed for returns that have not been received in their original state and therefore can not be re-sold. For local pick-up and local delivery, the 14-day return policy does not apply. You must refuse the item upon delivery or collection. Do not accept the object or bring the object with you if you think it does not correspond to what is described. To protect you from disappointment or something unexpected, we strongly recommend that you carefully inspect the photos of the items, the descriptions and details before buying anything and then again at the time of delivery or collection. If you are not sure of the conditions, size, quantity or description of an item, ask the seller for your questions before making a purchase.

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN

Please return the goods or deliver them to the address of the Supplier that made the Shipment, if any, otherwise we will notify you, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which you have communicated the withdrawal from present contract. If you withdraw from the contract you will be reimbursed the full amount, but we deduct the outbound shipping costs and return from the original purchase price of the buyer (+ taxes). Buyers can not be reimbursed for returns that have not been received in their original state and therefore not resold, the returned goods must be returned to resale conditions . The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we will be informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is respected if you send back the goods within the terms indicated above. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods by the Supplier or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not include goods that are tailored to the customer’s needs or that are deteriorable and easily perishable. Read also Buyer Agreement and our Terms and conditions .

SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS

The shipping method for each product is based on the size, weight and preference of the seller. The cost of shipping will therefore vary depending on the size and weight of the item, the shipping method chosen and the place of delivery.

HOW THE SHIPMENT WORKS

Smaller items and furniture are generally shipped via DHL and typically require 3-10 days for delivery. Following a purchase, our customers will receive an email confirming the carrier’s name and tracking number that can be verified. We request that all our sellers ship their item within 3 business days after a sale. For larger or particular objects and furnishings we will plan an ad hoc shipment that will be agreed with the buyer. Most of the larger items require special handling and must be shipped via specialized shipping partners. Our partners will handle all the necessary packaging and all items will be insured for the full sale price and against damages that occur during the shipping process. After loading, local deliveries typically take 7-10 days and deliveries to longer distances typically take 3-6 weeks. In some cases, delivery may take up to 8 weeks. This usually happens when the seller and / or the buyer are in smaller or more remote markets where the frequency of loading and the frequency of delivery of the carrier are only once or twice a month. Being a Marketplace and selling furniture and accessories to external sellers and buyers all over the country, shipping can take longer than traditional purchases with their own stock.
