Can I be Refunded?

With the exception of items with local collection and local delivery, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the delivery of the order.

What are the Shipping Costs and Methods?
The shipping method for each product is based on the size, weight and preference of the seller. The cost of shipping will therefore vary depending on the size and weight of the item, the shipping method chosen and the place of delivery.

For larger or particular objects and furnishings we will plan an ad hoc shipment that will be agreed with the buyer. Most of the larger items require special handling and must be shipped via specialized shipping partners. Our partners will handle all the necessary packaging and all items will be insured for the full sale price and against damages that occur during the shipping process. After loading, local deliveries typically take 7-10 days and deliveries to longer distances typically take 3-6 weeks. In some cases delivery may take up to 8 weeks. This usually happens when the seller and / or the buyer are in smaller or more remote markets where the frequency of loading and the frequency of delivery of the carrier are only once or twice a month. Being a Marketplace and selling furniture and accessories to external sellers and buyers all over the country, shipping can take longer than traditional purchases with their own stock.
Is it Possible to Pick up at the Store?
On-site pick-up allows a buyer to avoid shipping costs by collecting an item personally. The buyer must contact the seller within five working days of the purchase to coordinate a collection date and time. If you are interested in picking up on-site for an item that is not marked as such, ask the seller if the option is available. After the purchase we will share the contact information of the buyer and seller so that you can coordinate the most opportune moment for the withdrawal. The seller will ensure that the article is prepared and available for collection at the venue, the date and time agreed. We ask that the buyer completely review each item before completing an on-site pick-up. If, at the time of collection, the buyer determines that a purchased item does not meet their expectations, he has the possibility to cancel the sale and request a full refund. In these cases the buyer must leave the item to the seller and contact email@example.com . The seller will deliver your purchase and the sale will be considered final at the time of collection. Any damage or loss after taking the item will be your responsibility.
